Founder/ CEO
Danny Evans is an expert in international relations and government affairs, with extensive experience as a sinologist. In 2019, he founded Millennium Envoys to create meaningful international learning experiences that connect education, culture, and global engagement.
Through its programs, Millennium Envoys focuses on cross-cultural communication, exchange initiatives, career development, and international education and business consulting.

Program Manager
Niles Rodgers is a Maryland-based Program Manager with a background in Asian studies, international affairs, and cross-cultural exchange.
He studied Mandarin and Japanese at Towson University, where he held leadership roles in the Japanese Language and Culture Organization and supported international student programs from East Asia, before continuing his studies in Asian Studies at George Washington University.
At Millennium Envoys, Niles develops and implements cultural exchange initiatives, builds strategic partnerships, and supports programs centered on diplomacy and cross-cultural communication.

Special Assistant
Tiffanie Johnson is an International Studies student at American University with a concentration in foreign policy and the East Asia–Pacific region. She is passionate about connecting global policy with public health outcomes and specializes in data analytics to help organizations translate complex information into actionable insights.
With over six years of experience in the public health sector and three years of academic training in international policy, Tiffanie works with nonprofit organizations to develop evidence-based strategies that strengthen programs, operations, and organizational policy.

Data Scientist & Webmaster
Deja Watkins is a Data Scientist with experience in international relations, government consulting, and technology. She began studying Mandarin in high school and achieved fluency while studying at Tsinghua University in Beijing, later expanding her language skills to include Japanese and Korean.
Deja has experience translating and interpreting in China and is passionate about fostering cross-cultural exchange. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computational and Data Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese from George Mason University.

Marketing Strategist & Web Designer
Liz Medina is a Marketing Strategist and Web Designer who brings organizational missions to life through brand strategy, content marketing, partnerships, and web development.
She studied Digital Marketing and Business at Full Sail University, and specializes in storytelling that builds trust and meaningful connections between people, ideas, and global opportunities. Liz helps values-driven organizations communicate with clarity, purpose, and passion.

China Assistant
Hongxin Chen has experience in tourism consulting and cultural exchange program management in China. He previously worked as a project manager for youth study tours at a leading tourism consulting firm in Shanghai, where he designed history- and culture-focused itineraries across East China for more than 1,000 families. He also served as a cruise travel advisor with Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., creating customized travel plans for global cruise experiences.
As the CEO Assistant for China at Millennium Envoys, Hongxin oversees logistics and trip planning, supporting cultural immersion initiatives and Iconic Travels to deliver high-quality cultural exchange experiences in China.

Japan Assistant
Jui Seng is a Taiwan-born, Japan-based videographer specializing in visual storytelling that captures human expression and elevates product presentation. His work focuses on creating emotionally engaging narratives and detailed visuals that invite viewers to look closer. Jui’s approach to storytelling blends creativity and intention, producing visuals meant to be experienced, and remembered.

Thailand Assistant
Treephum Kraisornthongsri is a versatile freelance professional with a strong background in community development and international cultural relations. After starting in Aviation Technology, he spent six years as a Community Development Officer advocating for vulnerable groups and promoting local tourism.
With over a decade as a Cultural Ambassador, he has performed worldwide with the Samdang Silpa Art and Cultural Ensemble (Silpakorn University), supported by UNESCO’s CIOFF, and will represent Thailand at Expo Osaka 2025. He also serves on Silpakorn University’s Demonstration School Board and works as an announcer for the Asian Volleyball Confederation, using his passion for arts and culture to foster global connections.

Media Production Assistant
Pongpob Inkapatanakul is a filmmaker and visual storyteller specializing in cinematic video production. He creates videos that tell real stories through simple ideas, strong visuals, and a smooth, collaborative creative process. He's experienced in the advertising industry, having worked as an Assistant Director and Production Coordinator at Thai production houses, which gives him a strong understanding of both creative execution and on-set workflow. His approach focuses on clarity, emotion, and detail—working closely with clients to translate their vision into visuals that feel natural, honest, and engaging.
