Niles Rodgers is a native of the DMV region and is based in Maryland. His interest in languages and cultures encouraged him to learn more about the world whenever possible. In college at Towson University, he learned Mandarin and Japanese, served as the Vice President and Secretary of the Japanese Language and Culture Organization, and volunteered for international student programs with students from China, Japan, and South Korea. His interests led him afterwards to the Asian Studies Program at George Washington University, where he became involved in the world of international affairs, diplomacy, and cross-cultural dialogue. He has various experiences working in think tanks, museums, and other nonprofits.
Niles is passionate about fostering exchanges between people of the United States, Asia, and the world in a global context.This led him to being the Program Manager, developing and implementing program initiatives, building partnerships, and managing various aspects of cultural exchange programs, He aims to find the intersectionality between international affairs, diplomacy, and cross-cultural communication through his work and professional goals. In his spare time, Niles enjoys watching sports, learning more about cars, listening to music, and spending time with his friends and family.

Janeya Wilkerson is a second-year Business Administration student at Morgan State University, passionate about global business and leadership development. Believing in the power of international experiences, she first traveled to Beijing and Shanghai, China, as a Youth Ambassador in high school and later studied abroad in Qingdao, China, for the Global Summer Camp as a college student.
Janeya also served as a moderator for the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) Outreach Day, where she led a discussion with professionals on study abroad opportunities, further solidifying her commitment to cross-cultural exchange and global education.
Beyond academics, she is a special assistant for Millennium Envoys, actively contributing to projects, proposals, and networking with industry professionals. With a global mindset and a passion for business, Janeya aspires to gain further experiences that will enable her to support her community and empower youth in the field of international relations.
